A confidential space to explore the thoughts, feelings and challenges in your life
I'm Claire and I'm an Integrative Counsellor; here to provide you with a non-judgemental, safe, unique and client-centred experience for your counselling journey.
Through my own therapeutic journey, I have felt the benefit of having empathy and a safe space to help me understand and explore my emotions and feelings, as well as gaining self-awareness.
I believe in building a strong therapeutic relationship where you can open up and explore your emotions and feelings. Even the uncomfortable and difficult ones. Doing so, I believe, leads to us having a greater understanding
and to have compassion for ourselves.
As a counsellor, I will work collaboratively with you to provide you the stepping stones to being able to gain greater awareness of your needs and emotional well-being.
I work with both adults and young people over the age of 16. With individuals either in an open-ended contract or for an agreed amount of time.
I am registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office as part of the Data Protection Act and I am also a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. This means I’m bound by and work within their Ethical Frameworks.
I have regular supervision sessions and undertake training courses and workshops for my continuing professional development.
